Globally, unemployment has increased rapidly over the past 3 years as a result of the global economic challenges facing the world. More than 1.4 billion people are living in poverty across the globe. The incident of poverty is so extreme that these people can barely survive; and around 25,000 of them die from hunger each day whilst a new billionaire is created every second day.   Kenya is a country of the youth according to the 2019 Population and Census results which shows that 75% of the  47.6 million population is under the age of 35. Our FCP has been on foreforent to make sure  youths and the key stakeholders in this case, parents and caregivers at least gain knowledge before one reaches the maximum age of planned exit.

On 18/03/2024, we signed a memorandum of understanding with automobile association of kenya(AA Kenya Driving school) whereby they will start teaching our youths driving course. The program participants who completed  form four  last year will have a driving license before joining various colleges and campuses. According to our signed MoU which will last for one year, we will enjoy a subsidized fee package and the training will be offered at our FCP premises. We are also targeting survival fathers , the project caregivers and any community member who is interested to pay the fee.
